1. Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We securely accept PayPal, as well as major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) processed through PayPal Guest Checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed in USD.

When will my card or account be charged?
Your payment is captured immediately upon completing checkout and receiving your order confirmation email.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We accept order cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of purchase, provided the package has not yet been processed and shipped. Please contact us promptly at support@eliketouse.com.

2. Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
- Handling & Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Transit Time: 4–6 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Free standard shipping on orders of $29.99 USD and above. A flat rate of $9.99 USD applies to orders below $29.99.

How can I track my package?
Once your package ships, a tracking number and confirmation link will be sent to your email so you can monitor transit progress at any time.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of package delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, hardware, and manuals included. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0 restocking fee).

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a product defect, damage upon arrival, or our error, we provide a full refund or replacement. For voluntary returns (buyer remorse), customers are responsible for international return shipping costs to our designated facility.

- Single Monitor Arm: Supports 15–32 inch flat and curved monitors weighing up to 19.8 lbs (9 kg) with standard VESA 75x75mm and 100x100mm patterns.
